Joining HyperUGC is free for both creators and brands. There is exactly one mandatory fee — a commission that goes DOWN the more you work with the same brand — and it's shown to the creator before applying. Everything else on this page is optional and avoidable: a creator can succeed here spending ₹0 forever. If a charge is not on this page, it does not exist.
1. The commission ladder — the only mandatory fee
Commission is charged on the creator's side and deducted at payout. The rate depends on how many deals the same brand and creator have completed together — loyalty is rewarded per relationship:
- The rate never rises. A rate you have earned with a brand is grandfathered — it will never be clawed back or restructured upward for that relationship.
- Brands pay the deal amount they agreed — the commission is not stacked on top of it.
- GST at 18% applies on our commission (not on the whole deal amount), as required by law.
- No commission on cancelled or refunded deals — we earn only when the creator gets paid.
2. Worked example
A deal locked at ₹4,000 with the standard 10% rate:
On your first-ever deal the commission is 0% — you'd receive ₹3,996 of the same deal. TDS is not a fee: it is tax deposited with the government against the creator's PAN, appears in Form 26AS, and adjusts against income tax. GST TCS may additionally apply for GST-registered creators, credited against their GSTIN.
3. Payments and payouts
- Brands pay by UPI, cards or netbanking through our RBI-authorised payment aggregator partner. Funds stay in escrow accounts maintained by that partner until the work is approved.
- Standard payouts are free, by bank transfer, typically within 3 business days of release. An optional instant payout (same day) is available for 1% or ₹20, whichever is higher — free on Creator Pro.
4. Optional extras — never pay-to-win
These are visibility and convenience products. Boosts only reorder results a creator is already eligible and relevant for — they never gate who can apply, and never outrank a better match. Boost credits are also earned free through signup, challenges and streaks.
- Creator Spotlight: ₹99 for 24 hours, ₹399 for a week / 5-pack.
- Brand Featured/Urgent brief: ₹199–499 for 24 hours.
- Creator Pro subscription: ₹299–499/month — lower commission floor, free instant payouts, spotlights, analytics.
- Brand / Agency plan: ₹999–2,999/month — seats, bulk hiring, invoicing suite.
- Sponsored Challenges and Concierge hiring for brands: priced per engagement (₹2k–25k range).
5. Free forever
- Browsing, applying and matching.
- Profile and portfolio.
- Your first deal (0% commission).
- Disputes and mediation.
- GST invoices, deal agreements and TDS paperwork.
- Basic analytics and referrals.
- Standard payouts to your bank account — no withdrawal charges, no minimum balance.
6. Changes
If pricing changes, new rates apply only to deals locked after the change — never retroactively to deals in progress, and never by raising a commission rate a brand–creator pair has already earned. See also the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
